What we collect

When you use Hire us, the quote configurator, or another form, we collect the details you send: name, email, company, project type, budget, and message. We use this to reply and to prepare a quote.

Logs and analytics

Hosting logs may include IP address, browser type, date, and pages visited. With your consent, we use analytics (including Vercel Analytics and, when configured, Google Analytics / PostHog) to understand traffic. These are not used to sell your data.

Cookies

Essential cookies run the site. Optional cookies (analytics) only after you accept the banner. You can refuse optional cookies in your browser or via the banner.

How long we keep data

Contact and quote requests are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then archived or deleted according to our accounting and legal obligations (up to 3 years for prospecting, unless you object).

Your rights (GDPR)

You may access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your personal data, and request portability. Write to contact@pulsy.agency. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 15.
